52 Series Maniflex Manifold

The 52B (Brass), 52C (Chrome-plated brass), and 52S (Stainless steel) Series Maniflex Systems are modular gas distribution systems that may be connected to regulators, dual regulator switchovers, CONCOA AutoSwitch Systems, CONCOA IntelliSwitch Systems, or any other system with a 1/2 in FNPT or a 1/4 in FNPT inlet port. A modular gas distribution system allows the user to size the inlet capacity of a system so that cylinder changes will not be as frequent. CONCOA maniflex systems allow an unlimited number of manifold stations to be connected to a single header providing safer and more efficient gas delivery and eliminating pressure fluctuations, outages, and wasted gas.

  • Silver-brazed or TIG-welded connectors prevent contamination
  • Integral diaphragm valve permits independent shut off capability
  • Metal-to-metal joints provide leak-tight assembly and ease of transportation
  • Modular design allows flexible field installation
  • Expandable system configurations support system growth capability
  • Max inlet pressure: 3500 PSIG (240 BAR)
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Header: 0.625 OD x 0.188 wall (brass); 0.625 OD x 0.095 wall (stainless steel)
  • Diaphragm valve body: Brass, chrome-plated brass, or stainless steel barstock
  • Diaphragm valve seat: PCTFE
  • Diaphragm valve stem: 303/304 stainless steel
  • Diaphragms: Elgiloy®
  • Flexible hose: 316L stainless steel; Monel® inner core for oxygen service
  • Conformances: CRN OH15806.5
