622 Series Dome-Loaded Regulator

High flow, integral dome-loaded regulator for industrial laser process gases
6223503-01-580 shown

The 622 Series dome-loaded regulator is suitable for flows of up to 5,200 cubic feet per hour. The single-body design of the 622 Series dome-loaded regulator offers high flow and high pressure to 500 PSIG (35 BAR) in a compact purge regulator assembly. The 622 Series is an entry level, dome-loaded regulator that can accept inlet pressures of 600 PSIG (42 BAR), 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), or 4500 PSIG (310 BAR), making it the right choice for low pressure liquid cylinders, high pressure twelve-packs, or as a point-of-use.

  • Inlet pressures from 600 PSIG (42 BAR) to 4500 PSIG (310 BAR) permits liquid or high pressure use
  • 40-micron internal filter limits the possibility of gas contamination
  • CAPSULE® seat increases serviceability and life
  • Optional wall/panel mounting kit provides diverse system configurations
  • Right and left-hand inlets offer flexible installation options
  • Max inlet pressure: 600 PSIG (42 BAR); 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); or 4500 PSIG (310 BAR)
  • Max flow (nitrogen): 5200 SCFH (2454 lpm)
  • Body: Brass barstock
