Style 138 Cutting Tip

One-piece, light preheat acetylene cutting tip

Style 138 one-piece cutting tip is designed for fine contour cutting with hand cutting torches and is also recommended for machine cutting applications. This light preheat tip has six preheat flames and can be used to cut material up to 2 1/2 inches (6.4 cm) in thickness with acetylene at speeds of 8 to 24 inches per minute (IPM) based on tip size and material thickness. For material over 2 1/2 inches (6.4 cm) in thickness, use style 164 cutting tip.
