305 Series Regulator
The 305 Series regulator is ideal for medical laboratory applications. It offers point-of-use pressure control for most gases with a cylinder fill pressure of less than 500 PSIG (35 BAR), or primary pressure control for inert gas applications that can tolerate minor fluctuations in outlet pressure due to diminishing inlet supply. Like almost all CONCOA regulators, the maximum inlet pressure for the 305 Series regulator is at least 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) or more, depending on the configuration. The regulator is available with a standard 2-15 LPM flowgauge calibrated for carbon dioxide or a custom 2-15 LPM calibration for any non-corrosive pure gas or gas mixture. For these options, CONCOA uses a thermal mass flowmeter to size the outlet orifice to the desired flow requirements of the specific gas. Although the regulator is available with inlet and outlet connections typical to medical environments, the 305 Series regulator is not suitable for therapeutic use with humans. For medical applications requiring constant outlet pressure or flow rate, CONCOA recommends the 315 Series two-stage regulator.
